拾光拼影 用户服务协议

欢迎您使用「拾光拼影」（以下简称"本应用"）。本协议是您与拾光拼影开发团队（以下简称"我们"）之间就使用本应用所订立的协议。请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读以下条款，特别是加粗条款。一旦您开始使用本应用，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意本协议的全部内容。

1. 服务内容

拾光拼影是一款面向 iOS 用户的本地拼图工具，提供自由画布、布局拼图、长图拼接、智能排版、3D 拼图等图片拼接功能。本应用所有图片处理均在您的设备本地完成，不提供云存储或网络协作。

2. 账号

本应用无需注册账号即可使用。订阅/买断权益通过您的 Apple ID 与 App Store 账户绑定，由 Apple 负责账户体系与交易凭证管理。

3. 会员与付费服务

• 免费版：无水印、无损导出、12 个基础模板、每月 50 张拼图额度。
• Pro 会员（订阅）：分为月度会员（¥12/月）与年度会员（¥68/年）两种自动续费订阅方案，解锁全部模板、智能排版、不限张数拼图与长图高宽度导出。
• 永久买断（¥98）：一次付费，终身使用 Pro 全部功能，不自动续费。

自动续费说明：

• 付款将在您确认购买后通过您的 Apple ID 账户收取；
• 订阅会自动续费，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费；
• 账户将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内按您所选套餐扣费续费；
• 您可随时在 iOS「设置 → [您的姓名] → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅，取消后当前订阅期结束前仍可使用 Pro 功能；
• 若提供免费试用，未使用的试用期部分在您购买订阅后将失效。

退款：订阅与买断的退款由 Apple 统一处理，请通过 Apple 报告问题页面申请；我们无法直接为您办理退款。

4. 用户行为规范

您承诺不会利用本应用从事以下行为：

• 制作、传播违反法律法规、公序良俗或侵犯他人合法权益（包括但不限于著作权、肖像权、隐私权）的图片；
• 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、破解、修改或制作衍生作品；
• 利用漏洞、外挂、第三方工具绕过付费机制获取 Pro 功能。

若您违反以上条款，我们有权（但无义务）终止为您提供服务，并配合相关机关调查。

5. 知识产权

• 本应用的软件、代码、界面设计、图标、文案、模板资源均归我们所有，受《中华人民共和国著作权法》及相关法律保护；
• 您使用本应用制作并导出的图片，其著作权归您本人所有，您可自由用于个人或商业用途，但其中使用的本应用内置模板、样式等元素的授权限于您在本应用内创作使用；
• 您在使用本应用过程中编辑、保存、导出的照片及作品属于您的个人财产，我们不会获取或使用。

6. 免责声明

• 本应用按"现状"提供，我们会尽力保证服务稳定，但不对因系统故障、iOS 升级、设备差异等非我们控制因素导致的服务中断、数据丢失承担责任；
• 请您在重要拼图后及时将成品保存至相册或 iCloud，我们建议不要仅依赖应用内的"我的作品"作为唯一存储；
• 智能排版为基于本地规则与设备端模型的辅助建议，不构成对成品效果的承诺。

7. 协议变更

我们可能会根据产品迭代更新本协议。更新后的协议将在本页面发布，并在应用内提示。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的协议。

8. 法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、执行与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。如因本协议产生争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成，任何一方均可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Purely Collage Terms of Service

Welcome to Purely Collage (the "App"). These terms form an agreement between you and the Purely Collage development team ("we" / "us") governing your use of the App. Please read carefully, in particular the bolded clauses. By using the App you accept these terms in full.

1. The service

Purely Collage is an on-device collage tool for iOS offering Free Canvas, Layout Collage, Long Screenshot stitching, Smart Layout and 3D Pop-out. All image processing happens locally on your device. We provide no cloud storage and no network collaboration.

2. Accounts

The App works without any account. Subscription and lifetime entitlements are bound to your Apple ID / App Store account; Apple manages accounts and transaction records.

3. Membership & paid features

• Free: no watermark, lossless export, 12 basic templates, 50 creations per month.
• Pro (subscription): monthly (¥12/mo) and yearly (¥68/yr) auto-renewing plans that unlock all templates, Smart Layout, unlimited creations and high-resolution long-screenshot export.
• Lifetime (¥98): one purchase, all Pro features forever, no auto-renewal.

Auto-renewal:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the plan you selected;
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS "Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions"; Pro stays available until the end of the paid period;
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: refunds for subscriptions and purchases are handled solely by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• create or distribute content that violates laws or public morals, or infringes others' rights (including copyright, portrait and privacy rights);
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack or modify the App, or create derivative works;
• exploit bugs, hacks or third-party tools to bypass payment for Pro features.

We may (but are not obliged to) suspend the service for violations and cooperate with competent authorities.

5. Intellectual property

• The App's software, code, UI design, icons, copy and template assets are owned by us and protected by copyright law;
• Collages you create and export belong to you — use them freely, personally or commercially. Built-in templates and styles are licensed only for creation inside the App;
• Photos you edit, save and export are your property. We never access or use them.

6. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is". We strive for stability but are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by system failures, iOS updates, device differences or other factors beyond our control;
• Please save important collages to Photos or iCloud promptly — don't rely on in-app "My Works" as your only storage;
• Smart Layout suggestions are generated by local rules and an on-device model; they are not a guarantee of results.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Updates are published on this page and noted in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, either party may bring suit before a competent people's court where we are domiciled.
